Water aerobics is one of the very vest exercises you can do that will have minimal impact on your joints. And although you really are sweating the fact you’re in the water helps you to be able to do ore than you would ever be able to do on land. I did the water aerobics for a long time but had to quit because my skin broke out so bad. Strange because I was a fish as a kid and did springboard diving for years, nothing then.

Did you find out how much resistance you have in the water? How strong do you feel that you are getting? I can tell you that you look wonderful. I remember San Antonio. You look marvelous!

Great – am going to do this with my Dad in the pool. He is recovering from leukemia and chemo – and we want to build his endurance back up….these would work well for him too! You look great girl! So proud of you!
I love this share! I need to get in the pool and try this. I would like some water shoes too. You look so great Connie. I’m so happy for you. I have tried water aerobics before, but mine was the deep water class. I think I’d like this one really well. I cannot do a jumping jack outside water. I’m so glad you are sharing this and I can tell that its a lot of fun for you! I wish I could bring this video to the pool with me because I’m not sure I can remember it all. Love you!
