Please. Your height might be 166 cm but you absolutely do NOT have short legs. Compared to the rest of your body (which is what matters) they are seriously long. And here’s how I’ll prove it to you – when I heard you mention your height just now I basically went “WHA?” because from day one, my assumption had always been you’re as tall as me (176 cm), and as I had no reference point that was based solely on looking at your (long) legs. So seriously, stop that talk.

@Sheriichi I know you didn’t ask me but a diet is never the right way to lose fat. Good workout and better food are the key. Stronger muscles will burn more fat and melt down your “but & belly” . With most diets your body nearly only loses water! Later, after the diet, your body will start to “save” fat for bad times. Not good ! Rock on! Try Zuzanas workouts and eat proper. That’s all you need.
I love exercising at home when i can sit in my barcalounger with my laptop and watch the instructor sitting on her sofa for the first 4.5 minutes allowing me to become motivated to do some exercising. Who am i kidding…. the closest i get to exercising is watching Zuzanas vids.

I know everyone needs to make a living, so I don’t blame those who need to make money off of this sort of thing. And I also know you must be a trainer yourself and make money that way.
But the fact that these videos exist for free is wonderful.
