@eizhowa you’re lifting your legs to high, no matter how heavy you are,or how light you are, you shouldnt tip back by lifting your legs a few inches off the ground.

From my experience, i would say that this will definitely grow your butt, because its basicaly building muscle. So if you do it, like, all the time, then you just keep growing muscle

i love this!
I find the second exercise very difficult. By lifting my legs of the ground I tip backwards, as my upper body is very light. I find it difficult to hold myself down, and I need to use a heavy desk. Any advice on how to do this when I am not surrounded by such heavy objects?

hey erin, im from india..im 18 5’11 ft tall and 240 pounds…..i dont have fat collected at a particular area but all over my body…can u advise me a workout tht would help me cut some inches down. and in india during festive season it is very hard to avoid high cal food…
@cutiegal2954 If ya stop stuffing your face with Cheez Doodles and gulping soda you might be able to get that stomach in shape one day cutie….

You need a proper strategy for avoiding junk food (especially sugars/carbs).
Do some research on how to keep your bloodsugar stable. Eat good fats, with fresh veggies (no taters), and good protein.

I have a question, – How do I get rid of the little “wobble” under my overarms? I don`t have a lot of it, and I`m all over quite slender, but it is that little extra fat that I would like to get rid of…
And second, I am very happy witth my legs, they are quite muscular, – but – they still have just a little bit of to much “fat” and I would like to get rid of that as well, – what to do? Have a great day

im 28 yrs old..5’2 , i weigh 125 i wouldlike to lose 10 lbs..im toned..i work out daily..cycling, toning …regualr great classes at the gym..any suggestions.. i do feel like my toning is making my muscles bigger but i just wanna be lean and slim.
