NO EQUIPMENT Exercise – Upper Body Annihilator!

    If I had to name this exercise, I’d call it “The Molester” because I get done and it feels like I’ve been wrestling or struggling to get out of a tackle. lolz

    Does this work if I put my feet on a bench or a chair? Every time I put my feet on the wall, they slide right off. Any advice? Thanks in advance
