Thank you. I did not know about picking up the towel exercise and I will give that a try.
Thanks- great, helpful vid. The exercises feel great.
Thankyou. It is so much better to see a person showing how to exercise and give advice than trying to work out charts etc. Sensible and helpful video, now I am off to try some of it out so I can get to work tomorrow and off these crutches.
I’m so excited to have seem this exercise video for my plantar fasciitis .
I ve had pf for 1 1/2 yrs my doc said it usualy lasts around 1 1/2 -2 yrs,as he also had it. Mine came back out of the blue 2 days ago after months of being ok,why would that be? I have lately been sitting on the couch ,with my legs straight forward on the coffee table,heels on the table toes looking up towards the ceiling and then the laptop on my legs,could that have put pressure on my legs to cause pf? Just trying to work out what Ive done wrong
is it important to be a 20 ounce water as opposed to a smaller bottle?
thank you so much. Ive been suffering with this since last July its just awful!!
Thank you so much for posting this. I have had a re-occurring situation with plantar fascitis for about the last 10 years, but it’s never been as painful as over he past month. I needed some basic exercises to get in the habit of doing, I’m hoping these help.
I’m a nurse and I’m on my feet for the entire shift. I really appreciate these suggestions. Stretching feels good.

No, but I don’t do it like I should. I bought a foot brace off of Amazon and I noticed after wearing it for a week or so that the pain wasn’t so intense when I got up in the morning. It’s kind of uncomfortable though. I haven’t been wearing it lately and the pain is back. How long did you try the exercises? I think consistency is the best way to get rid of it. Also, I wear tennis shoes almost all the time. Good luck, I know how much it hurts!
@kraspberry
Did this work for you? I’m still suffering. Thanks.
Thank you, arches feel better already.
VERY INFORMATIVE THANK YOU.
Just saw this 3 days ago. I had this problem. I tried this and the next day. No pain, no ibuprophen, no hobbling around when I got up or after sitting down. I was about to buy a $300 pair of orthodics. Thanks. This will be a part of my daily routine.
Thanks very much – really useful, clear, simple and, happy to say, effective for PF.
Fantastic exercises. Very clear. Why can’t every medical office do this?
Thank you! I have Plantar Fascitis and these exercises will be helpful!
Thank you, I really appreciate you taking time to help others that aren’t necessarily your patients.
