    We did this in my class, butt first we do a set of stepping up and bending your leg then off, then we did a set of kneeing the air, then we did the set here, where you kick the air. It’s a lot of fun :]

    great. It would be good to say also that the repeater can be done with the knees, hamstrings, glutes kicking back etc….not only kicking forward. Thanks
