To reply to you all ?’s….yes this workout works! You have to be dedicated i did this workout 2x a day sometimes 3x….My butt got tht “poke out” look lol but I already had booty anyway…This workout help shaped my booty up!
Is it bad if I do this more than 3 times per week??

I did this exercise today but three times so i could have 3 set of ten for each exercise and i got a great burn! I like how the video is easy to follow and you can see the correct form of doing it! I plan on working out with you Tammy at least three times a week but doing 3 sets of ten for each exercise!

Hi tammy! I was wondering, how many times do i work out until i will see results if i am doing five mins a day exercise, for the amount of days that are recommended? I am naturally slim by the way way, but just need toning up a bit.
