Thanks this is the best I’ve seen amongst about 10 or so! You do it showing the warm up, you show the movement long time enough so one can learn it and get used to it and you also show how to end it and you show several levels of difficulty. Really thanks! Wishing you the best.

omg u must not be in shape cuz your breathing hard and you did that 1st warmup for about a minute nd ur breathin hard
This is brutal on the calves (hope thats spelled right). Ive been doing this for a little while so i dont feel exhausted afterward but my calves still kill. How long does it take until they are strong enough to handle this?

I have been doing this workout everyday, once a day for bout 5 days and I dont see any results… I am pretty skinny, but i do have some body fat. I am 14, and when I do this exercise i do sweat and I think that that means its working but I still haven’t seen any results. Please help and how long will it take to lose about 10 pounds of body fat??? I have healthy meals but some junk food. I also swim 3 times a week and do some ab workouts.
How long will it take to see results?
@sparkpeople how in the world can you jump with one foot at the ground?
I’m not overweight, in fact I’m only 150 Lbs, but my cardio is rough, walking up three flights of stairs makes me huff and puff. I’m going to try this workout.
